Enquiries that don’t provide all the information asked for will be discarded

Filming and A levels are an additional £150 per booking

Couples will be an additional £100 per hour

All bookings will require a 25% non refundable deposit. Please note TMTY/FMTY bookings will require a 50% deposit.

the remaining amount must be paid upon arrival via bank transfer or cash whichever is more convenient for you.

Please note bookings 4 hours or more must include some social time, perhaps cocktails together in an intimate bar or some flirtation over a nice meal.

Overnight or 24 hour bookings must include a minimum of 6 hours of sleep, plus adequate meals. I will also need some personal time in 24 hour bookings to respond to personal messages.

I am usually touring and can accommodate in calls when I am.

I am happy to provide outcalls - outcalls to private residences will require ID which will be discreetly viewed and deleted following the booking.

Please keep in mind the home must be clean and private - I will not attend if there are others in the home.

Deposits are non refundable, I do understand that extenuating circumstance can arise and where possible I will rearrange our booking within 30 days of the original date - as I am primarily touring this will not always be possible.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice before our date I will require a 100% cancellation fee.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel you will receive a full refund.

If you frequently cancel, rearrange or amend your bookings the deposit percentage may increase.
